8 Tips To Surviving a Collision Repair Job
1. Your car is the 2nd largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
2. Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
3. There is no law requiring you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
4. You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the car here.
5. Differences in the repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you are not sure why one estimate is different from another, please ask.
6. Choose a shop that has unibody repair equipment and certified (by I-CAR or ASE, for example) technicians.
7. Ask the shop if it will be using genuine manufacturer's (OEM) replacement parts.

Once Bodywork and Painting are complete, no car leaves our shop without passing through our Detailing Center where it is polished and buffed to restore natural oils and gloss to the new finish. Then it is hand washed with a lambs wool mitt, the interior is cleaned and vacuumed, the car is hand dried and ready to return to its owner.
